First of all, you two are what, less than 40. One, you know you are old when you can't figure out how to add an avatar or whatever and second, BPH ... you two spring chickens know nothing

Having to piss every 30 minutes and, if I sit for more than 10 minutes, every time I stand up there is pain and stiffness involved. Seriously, it takes me about 10 steps every time to get full mobility.
Have a relative who couldn't go 10 minutes without having to pee. His bladder wasn't emptying. Had the "Green Light Laser" shoved up his pee hole and the prostate cleaned out. Fixed the problem although he had a catheter inserted for 3 days afterwards. Said it provided better mobility and lifestyle than knee replacement.

Some of my problems are self-induced as I drink about a gallon of water a day and still lift heavy weights (heavy for me anyway). But, I'm figuring out this quality of life thing as I age, like the importance of fully recovering from workouts, not eating too much, stretching, walking, etc.

I've noticed that I wake up less during the nights if I stop drinking fluids by 8 PM.

Since its gotten colder I've caught myself making a pot of coffee after dinner every night. I remember my granddad and dad doing this when I was a child and wondering why they would do it. Is this an old man move?
Bro, this has more to do with you running a Brothel out of yore house! I too would be hopped up on coffee (and I don’t even drink it) to run a brothel 24/7.

For me, seeing the gray hairs coming in on my chest. I got out of the shower one morning and thought a few of the hairs were still wet, because they were glistening a bit. Upon closer inspection, nope, gray/white hairs coming in. And those things are thick and strong...like regular hair on crazy old man steroids!

Also, in the past few years, I've managed to hurt my back and my shoulder while sleeping. I've dealt with back issues for a while, so I generally have a good idea how to work that out, but the shoulder issue took about 2 months of physical therapy, and it's still not right. I think I did permanent damage, but can't possibly imagine how that happened, or what I could have done to it. 🙁

When I had lunch with John Croot_Overlord and found out he is 10 years younger than my youngest son.
ZFG..... we had a great time would do again.
I still get to whine and complain about my old man problems in this thread though.

I relate to @t_money86 about going down the stairs. Some days my feet and knees kill me and some days they don't. Fortunately I've never had back pain issues.

I also get the shoulder sleeping mentioned above. Once a week I have to do rehab exercises in the office to pull my left shoulder back in alignment

In my mid 30s, I THOUGHT I hurt my back sleeping funny. Woke up hurting, but hadn't done anything to injure it. Went away, came back, went away, came back...finally got MRI and had to have surgery for a herniated disc. Wouldn't wish chronic back pain on anybody.

Thought I threw my back out pulling up carpet when I turned the wrong way. Thought "well that's a new one".
