Kids in 3 of the 4 strollers need to be walking. If Mom is still pushing them then she probably is still nursing them too.

I'm sure those are great resources when a mob is at your door

You have to be an idiot to think this case is about the merits

Tell us more about the "plaintiffs" in this case

As for recommended reading, we all await your stirring account detailing your encounter with the mob;

My Children are Dead, My House is Ashes: How Muzzle Discipline Saved me $2500
If someone walks up to my house and throws a Molotov at it and it catches fire, I cannot use deadly force against them because I can just walk out of the house and be safe. If someone walks onto my law and shoots my dog, my dog is considered property by state law and therefore I cannot retaliate by using deadly force against that person.

Michigan does have a castle doctrine though where I am able to defend myself or someone else if a person enters my home if they have done so via breaking and entering, home invasion, etc and I reasonably believe they will cause harm to someone. That is inside my home though, not outside.

If a bunch of people walk onto my property and start yelling at me, I can't point a deadly weapon at them, even if they climbed a fence or broke a gate to get in.

I'm not saying I disagree with your thoughts, but they would have also broken the law in Michigan.

Michigan Laws 750.233 – Pointing or aiming firearm at another person; misdemeanor; penalty; exception; “peace officer defined.”

(1) A person who intentionally but without malice points or aims a firearm at or toward another person is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
(2) This section does not apply to a peace officer of this state or another state, or of a local unit of government of this state or another state, or of the United States, performing his or her duties as a peace officer. As used in this section, “peace officer” means that term as defined in section 215.

Holeee fuck. "It is considered a win." Next line "there is no perceived winning....."

That's called a loss. It's time to call things as they are. The ravenous mob is untouched, the mccloskeys were either threatened are bought off. The prescedent is set to disarm anyone who displays a weapon against these "Plaintiffs." That's the point, not to reinforce the notorious teachings of Ayoub and Andrew Branca....Sweet Jesus
Weren’t the McCloskeys promised/guaranteed a full pardon by the governor? Maybe that explains this. They wanted to get it over before the governor’s term ends?

We aren't arguing the same thing

You are referencing current law that is intentionally set against law abiding people. You all seem content with it and more than that, support it seemingly

I'm referring to how things should be and more generally an indication that there is a "plan" and it is working, we are it's target

What does the law say about the plaintiffs actions? No problemo apparently

Idk, only serves to intimidate gun owners, law abiding citizens, and restrict their ability to defend themselves

Could be a set up to allow the gov to win some points with the voters with a pardon

These cases are way more optics/politics than the law.....the mob getting away scott free should also help illustrate the true nature and motive of this ruling

Nothing like a little roulette

I first thought this was a leftist mentality, thinking they are doing good.

Then figured it was someone with a sense of humor, though trolling idiots might not lead to a good outcome
No different then what is already going on with civilization. Dumbfucks are breeding with other dumbfucks at such an incredible rate, they are literally 500 years ahead of schedule than Idiocracy prophesized.
