But you can threaten to burn their house down?

2 people on their own property point guns at a mob of ravenous hyenas who are tresspassing a neighborhood and personal property who also threaten to kill them, their dogs and burn their house down

And compatriot in the foxhole PowerMega demands "muzzle discipline"

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on what justice means for the mob

LMAO take a lap ace
If there was a specific threat that could justify responding with a deadly threat, then his counsel would not have recommended the plea bargain. My point is that if he hadn't pointed his rifle at anyone, there would be no charge to file at all.

Overall, it's still a win for the defendants. The convictions are relatively minor. After what we saw in the Chauvin trial, the idea of a fair trial in St. Louis is debatable. He messed up, but came out of this about as well as he could.

You should try reading a good book about self defense law. Massad Ayoob is the standard ("Deadly Force" is a great book.) . I recently read "The Law of Self Defense Principles" by Andrew Branca, and highly recommend that book too. It seems that you have quite a bit to learn on this topic.

You explained it better than I could, thank you.

Bottom line, you cannot expect anything more from a corrupt Dem stronghold city like STL. That is why it is considered a win.

Until the city cleans out the marxist Soros backed leadership, there is no perceived “winning” in cases like this for Patriots.

I'm sure those are great resources when a mob is at your door

You have to be an idiot to think this case is about the merits

Tell us more about the "plaintiffs" in this case

As for recommended reading, we all await your stirring account detailing your encounter with the mob;

My Children are Dead, My House is Ashes: How Muzzle Discipline Saved me $2500

Holeee fuck. "It is considered a win." Next line "there is no perceived winning....."

That's called a loss. It's time to call things as they are. The ravenous mob is untouched, the mccloskeys were either threatened or bought off. The prescedent is set to disarm anyone who displays a weapon against these "Plaintiffs." That's the point, not to reinforce the notorious teachings of Ayoub and Andrew Branca....Sweet Jesus

Here is an interesting podcast That dates to just after the near extinction of the human race (the Jan 6 protest). At the 19:00 mark a guy who was up front when the ”insurrection” started gives his account of how it was an orchestrated event. He was part of a group that saw someone trying to place a pipe bomb in the Capital’s water system. They tackled the guy and turned him over to the Capital police. 45 minutes later he was seen scaling the walls and inciting the mob to burn things down and break into the Capital.

Prayers Any Way to Get Him Stateside?
The issue is the Marshall law going on in the PI and getting to the embassy in Manila and back to Leyte. You have to quarantine for two weeks every island you get to over there. It's fvcked up dude... My wife's cousin has been stuck in Australia for the same reasons. Complete shutdown over 7 cases.

I believe that what went on last election has been going on for double digit years - the support for Trump broke the algorithm and forced sloppiness. The average American does not even realize they are the majority due to the all out media assault. It’s all lies.

I've always believed Trump is not our savior. He's Pepe. He's chaos and he fucked everything up. I think he gave us a chance to save ourselves.

They've been doing all this stuff for decades all he did was wake people up to the fact.

According to Plutarch, when Isis reconstructed Osiris, she found everything but his penis. I don't remember all of the theory, but that's supposedly the origin of the elite's obsession with the phallus symbol, which is usually accompanied by a nearby dome (representing a pregnancy), ala the Egyptian pillar that sits in the center of Vatican City with St. Peter's Basilica and the Washington Monument and the Capitol Building, etc. Basically, the elites symbolism as they wait for their superman to arrive, derived from ancient Egyptian legend.
Lindsay Grahm is right on it.
