Defend your ground without firing a shot is officially criminal

Brace for impact

If you read the article they actually did not get much. They have to pay some fines and “give up the weapons involved in the incident”. The fines are less than 3k and the guns who knows how much. Looks like the couple asked for them to be auctioned off for donation to Children’s hospital and the Judge decline the request lol. Clowns.

I am certain they have other weapons, or won’t have any trouble getting some in the future. All this is, it’s a way for the leftist assholes in STL woke nation to look like they won when reality is they didn’t win sh*t. The headline as usual is misleading AF.

Excerpt from the article:

Mark McCloskey, outside the Carnahan Courthouse, said "this is a good day for the McCloskeys," expressing no remorse for his actions.

"The prosecutor dropped every charge except for alleging that I purposely placed other people in imminent risk of physical injury, right, and I sure as heck did," he said. "That's what the guns were there for and I'd do it again any time the mob approaches me. … In other words, I stood out on the porch with my rifle and made them back up. And that's what I'd do again. If that's a crime in Missouri, by God I did it, and I'd do it again."

No need to belabor the point but how is that a win? Terrorized at your home and you defend it without any shots....and you plead guilty

Presuambly if they we're jailed, we'd hear "well, they didn't get the death penalty, plan must be working"

If that's what we are chalking up as a win, that's weak AF imo

Regarding the Grand Jury posts…we all knew that 3 years ago and know it was going on before 2018. The breathless reporting is a shot across the bough.
We didn’t know a grand jury was issuing subpoenas against sitting members of Congress. There hasn’t been a single leak of this. Air tight. We have known that the White Hats were utilizing the phones of people like Schitt, but the actual grand jury subpoenas are new. They absolutely confirm our speculation based on Q posts, but this is the first actual proof that it goes back to Session’s first days as AG.

Understand, but Durham has been brilliant with the silence

Their primary mistake was pointing their guns at someone when they didn't need to. If they had better muzzle discipline, there would have been nothing to charge them with.

You can't point a weapon at a mob posturing to burn your house down?

Blaming them? lol you can't be serious

"Sorry folks, we have to disarm you, yeah it was on your property and a huge mob was threatening you, but you really fucked up with that muzzle discipline"

Hello Patriots,

Gonna need some prayers for my FIL. My wife is losing her shit (rightfully so), this morning in the Philippines he was taken away to a quarantine camp in the mountains for testing positive for Covid. He's 78 and suffers from dialysis.

Basically long story short, he has to get tested before every Friday he gets his dialysis done. Well he popped positive and police along with an ambulance arrived at first light to take him away. He's living with my SIL who owns a huge chunk of land that is basically a compound with their water delivery service, our house, her house, and a plot for my other SIL to build her house on. They tried to pled with the police to let him stay in my empty house and they could feed him and give him essentials with PPE on. They refused and took him to a tent city on the mountain. It's essentially a place that looks like a displacement camp when a typhoon destroys people's homes with large tents and cots.

My SIL, her son, maid, and auntie are all quarantined to their house for two weeks and can't leave the property to even get food. They live in Hinunangon on the island of Leyte in the PI. Crazy stuff I brought it here, cause this is like some Alex Jones new world order shit. Please keep him in your prayers Patriots, he's an awesome grandpa and loves his grandkids and family. We're scared.. He's scared, cause he needs a lot of care and is due for his dialysis on Friday. They were told they would coordinate with the hospital, but him sleeping in a cot is not good!

Thanks.

Prayers!!

Serious Question....
When (not if) the election is decertified why do people think the military will do something? Title 10, Title 32 what are they going to use to justify what they are doing. Protect and defend is going to be a stretch and group think is strong in the pentagon. I just don't see it happening.

Not saying it won't happen, but I don't see this as an avenue that I would count on happening.
What about the Insurrection Act?

If the election is decertified, the shoe switches to other foot. I mean, Trump supporters are pissed and most are armed - we witnessed with our own eyes all the fvckery on Nov 3rd.....4th....5th.....6th and so on. In mid December we watched the corrupted Republicans certify fraudulent state results and I believe we will see they did so knowingly. We've watched The Supreme Court, which I personally believe is corrupted, dismiss cases on standing, not the evidence. The evidence wasn't given the chance to be shown.

But when election fraud is proven, state by state, and its shown that the same pattern of cheating was involved, then in my eyes that also proves conspiracy. Conspiracy with both domestic and foreign bad actors. This reminds me of Trumps 2018 executive order making our elections a matter of national security. The Biden DOJ is panicking now - not only did these fvckers cheat, now they are being exposed in real time trying to cover up their election crimes by using the federal government. Even with all this said and much more could be, Trump supporters haven't taken to the streets with their guns -threatening average citizens, LEO's or politicians. They haven't looted and burned cities.

But what happens when the shoe is on the other foot? How will the deep state and Democrats react? I think they release their proxy foot soldiers - ANTIFA and BLM. I can also see the MSM and fascist corporations inciting liberals, Biden supporters or just Trump haters. This reaction will be different IMO and the country will witness what a real insurrection looks like.

For the last 6 months, we've heard it straight from the democrats mouths - Insurrection cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. They've spent months educating the country about Insurrection, a decertified election will force them to show us what they've been projecting on Trump and Trump supporters all along.

Martial Law in certain cities will be needed to quell the insurrection.

I'm just thinking out loud here but IMO if the military doesn't get involved in some legal, constitutional way, then this country will be headed to civil war.

Defend and uphold the constitution. It's their oath.

And then comes Durham and Julian Assange - maybe one will have evidence to destroy federal agencies and the other will have evidence that destroys congress.

This "movie" is getting good.

I’ve come along way with y’all. From 1 foot in to all the way in
At this point I don’t care if the governor was a friend of mine. I look at what his lack of action did to Georgia and the entire country and I cannot vote or support anybody that is against America
Bro. You took massive heat ITT and were absolutely stand up throughout that whole process. Yuuuuge respek. Appreciate the new info.

Yes, that's the issue. You can't threaten someone with a gun unless you can articulate a specific deadly threat from the person you are pointing the gun at. Are you justified to shoot that person? If not, then don't point a gun at them. He was not able to articulate that threat.

They literally were a mob that broke down his gate and were on his private property. They're lucky they're still breathing.

But you can threaten to burn their house down?

2 people on their own property point guns at a mob of ravenous hyenas who are tresspassing a neighborhood and personal property who also threaten to kill them, their dogs and burn their house down

And compatriot in the foxhole PowerMega demands "muzzle discipline"

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on what justice means for the mob

LMAO take a lap ace
