What do you all think about it? Is it important or stupid? Is any of it valid? Is it blown out of proportion? or is there some truth to the message?

Hope this helps

The founders are commies, who used the money poor black folks gave to buy mansions

One of their activists, who recently stepped down from a local school board, was accused of 60+ instances of child molestation

Even their members are leaving the movement because they understand its a scam that has done nothing to actually improve black communities

Assuming all of that is true, that is awful. Big movements/organizations usually have corruption problems so I'm not surprised. However if we don't look at the organization at look at the message what do we think? Do black lives matter to you?

Another divisive movement aimed at ensuring the lower classes spend more time fighting at eachother than actually uniting against the DC Elite that cause most of the policies that cause them stress. Equally applies to women and LGBT too it’s not a racial thing

And it’s another tool by which Black people can assert dominance over white people without having to have a critical debate. “Don’t you believe Black Lives Matter” sure I do but that doesn’t mean I agree with your movement, which in reality has no specific policy recommendations or current things it’s pushing for. In reality they have no real “ask” other than vague platitudes.

People want to stand in lines, feel they are being part of a change, join a group, and receive clout and good karma.

Start with the founders/leaders. here is one after just a short simple search. C'mon man!

Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors is a self-proclaimed "trained marxist." In 2010, she gushed over a young man comparing her activism and writing to communist murderer Mao Zedong.

The link to this easy to find article. open your eyes friend.

Add to that, here's one of their co-founders hanging out with the Venezuelan dictator Maduro.

Black Lives would matter if black people actually cared about themselves or stopping the stuff they do that gets them in the crosshairs. Some do but it's mostly talk without action.

@McDreamy I think the movement is much more divisive than anything. You really can't just flat out disagree with it, though. The only counterargument to "Black lives matter" would be "Black lives don't matter," and that is just racist. The goal of trying to make someone disagree with something like this isn't to promote a cause but more to create a "gotcha" moment. There's really no benefit from doing something like that other than to alienate the person you're trying to educate.

I think the movement does more harm than good. By constantly trying to promote a separate culture or identity, all they are doing is separating the two groups, which will lead to tribal identities. I think a better move would be to try to focus on coming up with a homogenous culture if we're all Americans, than who gives a shit what color you are.

Also, the "clenched fist" logo is not some new symbol that simply means "protest", "fight the power", or "black power"

It has been long-associated with communist revolutions (we call them color revolutions these days). For decades, communist infiltrators in academia and popular culture have pushed that Fascist/Nazism was the most horrific type of totalitarian regime in history. While the Nazis were indeed terrible and considered communists their true enemy, Communism has by far killed more innocent lives throughout history than the Nazis ever did. For some reason, especially in recent decades, there has been a serious hush-hush projection about the horrors that dictators like Mao and Stalin committed on their own citizens. Now, socialism is glorified.....which is just the baby brother of communism (communist countries mostly never called themselves that, they called themselves socialist nations).

What if we say every life matters regardless of skin color? Is that racist?

They are anarchy driven and trying to destroy America. They want wealth redistribution by force of needed. That is specifically communism/marxism

I'd go a step further, believing that the DC Elite are only the puppets or curtain, and others pull the strings and are hidden behind the curtain.

I don't think it's a group of 10 or 20 people, though there are a handful of people who have outsized influence. I think you gotta reasonably estimate it's a couple thousand folks world-wide who are executive level within multinational corporations (and the heads of state for the 30 or so most powerful nations) and also fancy themselves as Davos-type stewards of the globe (and their company's pocketbook).

Money and fitting in with "global elite consensus" drives this circus.

I also believe the Dems are trying to consolidate their hold on the black voting bloc.

You ever wonder how elections can be decided by 0.026% of the total national vote? Forget raw vote, but look at the summed total margin within states that decided the election. If you believe the numbers, then around 40K decided this election, with a 40K shift resulting in a AZ, GA, and WI flip. Puts the election at 269-269 and Trump wins going to state delegates.

That vote precision comes from knowing your voting blocs. I assure you that facebook, google, and maybe a few others know almost exactly how to peel off an imperceptible but hugely important amount of folks.

The blacks did not come out and vote for Biden

The BLM movement both sews division and serves to exaggerate the division within our perceptions vs what really exists

We are well last the point of persuasion. There are many sociopaths and idiots but the vast majority actually do sort of get it

The question is do we do something about it. And so far it's not looking good

Gotta get that spending bill passed, paying off all the contributions pumped one way or another.

Similarly, forget continuing what seemed like a legitimate first step toward regional peace in the Middle East. Let 'em fight bc we need new tanks, airplanes, and arms deals.

You might be right if you back out 6 to 8 specifically targeted metros where "turnout" was absurd and the election was won/lost.

Hence the likely need for base "consolidation" by the Dems. But will they put their money where their mouth is. So far, looks like a lot of bluster and rhetoric, but explains why we have to hear about obviously insane CRT (and other tools of division) incessantly.
