It was nuts here too. Woke up with an inch on the ground in most places but I guess where the sun had hit longest yesterday there was no snow. It was kinda funny looking. I wish I would of taken a picture. It kinda looked like a golf course if the fairways were green but everything else is white.

I couldn't see across the driving range about 7 tonight because the snow was so heavy.
Woke up to about 2 inches on the ground....it melted by late afternoon... and then snowed again.
And it's wet, heavy snow. We couldn't get out of the driveway this morning because the snow pushed all the branches down to the ground (my driveway is lined with trees and honeysuckle that are in full bloom). My husband finally just said f it and angled across the front yard to get out. That was a classy moment.
Yea. that was the really cool thing about this snow. The snow was clinging to the leaves of trees making it look like white leaves. Im kicking myself that I didn't take some photos because now that I think about it... I've never seen shit like this here. It looks pretty (it does) and if we weren't going to have a hard freeze tonight, it'd be fine... but, nope. It's going to kill my azaleas and cherry trees.
We're redoing our patio and planting trees and flowers for my daughter's grad party at the end of May. Our lawn guy (and good friend) told me to wait until at leastMay 10 to do my flower beds and planters because he thinks Mother Nature will have one more bout of PMS. It's just that kind of year.
