It was nuts here too. Woke up with an inch on the ground in most places but I guess where the sun had hit longest yesterday there was no snow. It was kinda funny looking. I wish I would of taken a picture. It kinda looked like a golf course if the fairways were green but everything else is white.

We got 4” here on Tuesday morning. Ended by 9:30/10:00. By 2:00 it had completely melted off there wasn’t even a hint it had snowed just 6 hours earlier.

We're redoing our patio and planting trees and flowers for my daughter's grad party at the end of May. Our lawn guy (and good friend) told me to wait until at leastMay 10 to do my flower beds and planters because he thinks Mother Nature will have one more bout of PMS. It's just that kind of year.

My wife won’t allow a single thing to be planted until Mother’s Day every year. Nothing. And our landscaping is bullet proof because of it.

Read today that OSHA's budget is being increased with large budgets for enforcement powers. One of the new regulations OSHA, and others eventually, is charged with enforcing will be Covid-protocols for the workspace. And the fact that Joe Biden can fuck up anything he’s going to lead to a huge downturn in the stock market and the real estate market in my opinion. Sometime in the next 6 to 12 months.
