The new PM of Italy just went in raw on France & Macron.

PM Giorgia Meloni responded to a question from the press regarding Macron calling Italians disgusting.

Bernie's Tweets video from this afternoon

Niger, Africa, and Libya are loving every single word she said about France today. Donald Trump is smiling from ear to ear with her emergence.

😯 WOW !

Thing is, you don't have to be an economist or genius to know this.

Simple math told us that when interest rates headed back up, we were in gigantic trouble with having $32 trillion in debt. History tells us that no matter what the gov't does, they're not going to be able to confiscate much more than 22-23% of GDP in taxes before most everyone starts cheating or withdrawing from the economy. The people responsible for that debt have been stealing from from future generations, and we did nothing to stop them.

The debt was still less than $6 trillion in 2002, 20 years ago, only a little more than half GDP. Now it's >125%.

Taking a half-trillion out of circulation will hurt the poor the most.
When your pressure a section of your economy (agriculture), the people that have options - the most competent - leave to do something else.
Specifically discussing the Netherlands protests.

That speculation is false. The pipes are ship deployed and are not pressurized until later.
But the explosion would cause the gas to rush out. Its different laying it the first time and having a hole open up in the middle.... Right? It wasn't under pressure when it was first layed. They would of had to purge the sea water once completed.

They said where the pipeline was ruptured it is in 90 ft of water, the wall thickness of the pipe is like 2 in thick steel. I don't think it would collapse at all.
