There is no mention of America in the Bible.
To me that says, we have an end date.
The hope I have in that particular scenario is that God has ordained it and it's part of his plan. I can't stress enough, if you are living your life away from Jesus Christ, turn away from yourself and your desires and turn to him. It's the only place where you truly have freedom.

Not. Competent. It's only been a few months since he was calling her a liar, now here he is talking to her again. But that doesn't change the fact he's an incompetent buffoon, and the notion that he's going to lead us out of this morass is a joke, and the notion he has some underlying plan playing out is an even bigger joke. We want to burn it all down. But Trump grew up in that world, he made his bones in it, and for him it is still the paradigm that gives him his identity. He cannot conceive of burning it all down, and therefore he cannot conceive of answering a call from Maggie Haberman with “New phone, who dis?” (Not Safe for Sissies).

All we can do is guess.
My theory is a little different, and I think it's got biblical basis.
Revelation speaks of the east, and obviously, speaks of what we call the middle east, as everything is centered in Jerusalem. It never speaks of the West.
Rev. 8:1, first trumpet, hail and fire, one-third of the earth (nuclear, meteor storm?). Second Trumpet, 1/3rd of the sea destroyed by "great mountain burning with fire" (volcano or asteroid?). 3rd Trumpet, star from heaven falls, 1/3rd of fresh water destroyed (asteroid?).
1/3rd of the earth will be destroyed, or at least decimated beyond it being livable. If you look at a globe, calling North and South America "one third" would be a reasonable statement for John, who would have never seen a world map.
Those events are early on. I believe that America isn't a factor because it will be destroyed. We are the "one third" that takes the brunt of God's judgment in the first half of the Tribulation.
