I’m down 32 lbs since January. 215 down to 183. Only down about 10 since April though.

Still working but not quite as hard. Maintaining though in the short term

Checked this morning. I'm down 8.5 lbs since April 20th. I was down a little bit more, but we went on vacation, and had visitors staying at our house, so the dieting and regular exercising was a little harder for the past 2-3 weeks. Still in a pretty good spot though. Need to make one more push to get down in the 210 range.
