Drink lots of water and go to bed earlierI'm a weight loss expert as I've battled being skinny and/or fat my entire life
I can go through an entire day with strict discipline, not giving in to any bad eating. I simply do not crave junk food during the day. However, at night, it's a whole different demon. I want to eat everything in sight. Anyone else with this problem?
