SignUp Now!Yep, they've know for a bit now who he was.Word that they know who jump kick man is. Supposedly the prosecution was sitting on his identity because he has several outstanding warrants and they didn't want him to ruin the narrative that the attackers were decent people trying to stop an active shooter. Pedo, repeat violent offender that threatened to burn his grandmas house with her in it, antifa anarchist that instigated rioting and a life long criminal with multiple felonies and misdemeanors.
Kyle couldn't have fired into a prison and picked out 4 worse humans.
Bricks are already there. They're waiting on soros check in order to buy the gas. It's doubled in price since their last peaceful protest. If Kyle is found guilty I hope that city burns. I don't want a single patriot to stand up for those pussies. matter of fact. Just drop off pallets of bricks and gallons of gas jugs.
Imagine trying to sleep at night with the guilt of putting someone in jail for a lifetime when you knew they were innocent?Sounds like a couple may be scared of backlash.

I would say the odds favor this more than a not guilty verdict from them. The intimidation tactics that are being reported will most likely make it so.EDIT: Is the jury really gonna send this kid to prison forever just so the left won't riot....
If that does happen what does it mean for the judicial system? there would be no rule of law in the country anymore.. it dies the moment this is allowed to happen. Basically BLM just lynched this kid and this trial was pointless. At this point BLM and the FBI are the same thing.I would say the odds favor this more than a not guilty verdict from them. I wonder if Merrick Garland will deploy the DOJ and FBI to find out who is threatening the lives and families of these jurors? LOL
If the jury goes with guilty, our judicial system takes another rather large hit to its already suspect reputation. If that does happen what does it mean for the judicial system? there would be no rule of law in the country anymore.. it dies the moment this is allowed to happen. Depends if they are somewhat rational or "reeee" types.Assuming it's true that 10 were ready to acquit, and there were 2 holdouts, even if holding out due to fear of the mob...My in house legal expert (my Dad who has practiced law for almost 50 years, lol) said he expects the 2 will be swayed and Kyle will be acquitted.

Yes. However, he seems very hesitant to do anything and was upset by how the media portrayed him.Judge still had mistrial with prejudice in his pocket, right?

Jury Deliberates in Rittenhouse Trial, National Guard Called in, GF of Victim Anthony Huber Speaks
@JerBearr please explain yourself@6:00 the video says that Kyle had no right or no reason for being there. Why is that? what right or reason did he not have that others did for being there?
During the day he was there cleaning graffiti off a high school. the night of the shooting he was there protecting a auto shop from burning to the ground he also stopped what he was doing and wrapped up someone's sprained ankle in the middle of chaos...all of this was said during the trial... is that considered provoking?
lol yeah @JerBearr explain! Ok I'm liking the conversation. It may or may not of been his fight. I believe it was absolutely his fight..KR grew up in Kenosha and his dad still lives there now - Kyle also has a job as a lifeguard in Kenosha. he was protecting the hometown that he grew up in. At some point if the police are just gonna stand by and watch has your hometown is burned to ground somebody needs to standup and defend it.. well who better than the Kenosha kid himself.@JerBearr please explain yourself
I think what @JerBearr meant by that is Kyle could have ultimately put himself in a better situation than being there as a 17-year-old with a semi-automatic weapon in that environment. Some would say it wasn’t his fight to fight and the situation could have been better controlled had there been increased law enforcement or even the National Guard present. Kyle had every right to be there just as the Jacob Blake police protest rioters did.
To me the question is WHY is it a touchy subject? The video evidence is VERY clear that Rittenhkuse acted in self defense. We have to ask ourselves why this even went to trial.lol yeah @JerBearr explain! Ok I'm liking the conversation. It may or may not of been his fight. Personally if I was to put myself in that environment I'm most definitely gonna be armed when I do it. earlier that night KR gave up his bulletproof vest to his bestfriend(who is from Kenosha) I forget his name but he was going around with a medic bag helping out dozens of people who where injured. If your intend to cause trouble and provoke why the hell would you give up your bulletproof vest.. bc he had zero intentions of shooting someone that's why. Really its the Governors fault for allowing this to even happen. This whole thing is a very touchy subject but I'm glad were able to discuss it.
100% agree. touchy bc people are still afraid to admit to themselves that KR was right it his actions that resulted in 2 deaths so they're trying to gather any excuse they can to find a flaw just so they can sleep better at night. To me the question is WHY is it a touchy subject? I actually think the judge will declare a mistrial with prejudice. This is not justice what Kyle is getting.

especially now that HandBrake was found on the prosecutors laptop. Not sure why this trial is still a thing at this point with proof that the video evidence was tampered with.A mistrial with prejudice is the only solution. Kyle can not get a fair trial at this point. The defense strategy has been exposed and has cost millions of dollars and it would not be fair to make him face a mistrial.
Withholding evidence is like Lawyer 101, didn't we go through this in My Cousin Vinnie?
A sham prosecution can only be met with dismissal with prejudice.
