Some of those are suspect but the Legislative Branches and Judicial Branches are never subject to Executive orders, unless they become laws. You can’t force a different branch to do something otherwise there is no separation of powers. Same with Pfizer/Moderna. You can’t force your employees to take your drug, conflict of interest. The FDA, CDC, and NIAID probably is the same, conflict of interest that if someone sued they would likely win and that would be an embarrassment for the regime. It might give some judge with balls something to strike down the whole mandate.
The USPS, white house staff, and Illegals are a whole different story.
