Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Over/under on SEC championships for the whorns over the next 20 years? I’ll set it at 0.5 and take the under.
The SEC is going to be a culture shock for both programs.
They're just another school in the SEC and won't be able to bully their way around when they don't get their way. I can't wait to watch the fireworks.
Funny enough, I received a 10% off coupon in the mail the other day. I hadn't purchased from them in a few years. Maybe this is hurting them quicker than they thought it would.

Atlanta just did. Freaking mayor ordered it. My husband’s employer now requiring it as of tomorrow, guess he’s back to working strictly at home.
Is that a good or bad thing he is at home more?

The mandate required everyone age 5 or older to wear masks in indoor public places and on public transportation in St. Louis city and St. Louis County, even if they are vaccinated.

As of 3 plus hours ago it’s less than 5 weeks until Buckeye football. Politicians better walk a fine line. America wants a normal CFB season. Politicians screw it up they are doomed in middle country. Sad thing is the West and East looney Dems don’t care about America.
