I was always skeptical of the term 'arrogant' to describe people like me, as IRL I never put others down, but am rather 'boastful and brash'. This is actually being 'cocky', which is basically an annoying level of assertiveness with an aggressive sense of self worth to handle social situations so that I am never being put down by others and maintain full agency over any and all interactions.

Thanks for the input, and I agree that arrogant can also mean as such, but yes, 'cocky' also means the same and describes overt assertiveness & aggressive self assurance without putting others down much better, as it more correctly describes the level of arrogance where you stop at shifting blame onto others.
Or even, cocky = controlled arrogance.

This appears to be the RFK endorsement speech in its entirety. I'm about 14 minutes in and wow. He articulates what we have all known here for years in such a concise manner. Looking forward to finishing watching here in a minute. Just wanted to share. It's a must watch speech.
