What do you mean by Energy Holdings? That could mean a lot of different categories. Oil/gas companies? Utilities?
And what do you mean by Defensive Dividend Stocks?

Exxon Mobil & Chevron were two "Energy Stocks" that were being sold.
One of the Defensive Stocks Were America Power & Gas a "Utility" Near a 4% Dividend
These Are The Ones I Remeber - They Have a Good Track Record - We Let Them Make The Calls Unless There is a Particular Company/Investment We Want
The Portfolio Has Been at 50/50 for the Year and Annualized YTD is Up 14% - Obviously That Can Change in Second Half of the Year
That's Why Stocks That Will Suffer in a Recession Are Being Rotated Into Money Market - You Can Get 5% There While You Wait Out the Recession Anticipated Big Drop in the Markets to Buy Later at a Discount.
Defensive Stocks Would Be Those That Are Necessary Even in a Recession
