• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

Russia has been completely pushed back to their original positions in the north.

Also there have been reps from about a dozen nations meeting in Copenhagen since the begin of the war to discuss the war. The back channels that have always existed between The US and Russia are constantly in use just like they typically are.

You’re right that things are picking up for the Ukrainians and we are seeing that as they break the Russian lines in multiple positions in the South and East.
 
More tit for tat, RU continues a breakout bulge in the north, appears to have shored up the southern flank of Bakhmut for the moment, UKR has a breakout bulge in the south in "bradley square", & Ukr has now officially managed to physically reach the first line of defense with a single tank that got lost & subsequently got stuck in an an anti tank ditch.

This is why you can’t trust pro Russian sources literally none of that is accurate.
