Not a lawyer, but at what point are these tech companies called monopolies?
They already are being called that. Trump first sounded the alarm.
The problem is that they support the State Department, The Department of Justice and The White House. The media monoliths do not have to abide by common monopolistic law. They are too big for any conservative group, including all the Republican Senators and Representatives to take on. The truth is that monopolies that work for the left are called "just the right size" by the left and that the right has plenty of news outlets to utilize.
Look how many laws on the books were ignored during the four year all out war on our duly elected President Donald Trump. It was so blatant they were giving us the finger while they have a hot poker stuck up our ass to keep us in line.
The continuous dismantling of our bedrock laws as proclaimed in the constitution are being executed on a daily basis. Firing squad style. Shamelessness unbridled, and Lawlessness uncontrolled, is the goal of the left as they replace the laws on the books about monopolies. They MUST keep their propaganda machine running globally 24/7/365. Even the FBI and the CIA are complicit. It truly is very sad and discouraging in the best light.
If you want to see what the Federal Government did to J.D. Rockerfeller when they broke up Standard Oil in 1911, read a synopsis, and you will see a very clear and simple definition of a monopoly and how it should be handled. Even though it made J.D. even richer beyond his wildest dreams they did indeed break up an American monopoly.
