Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

It's why we are trying to rush Light fighting vehicles. Rumor is that we had sold some Bradley's to Croatia and Poland and we are shipping them straight Ukraine and will backfill for those guys later this fall. Also word is that Germany can't send first shipment til April and the rest til September.
Germany is definitely slow walking help and their poll numbers show why.

Yes. One thing someone will do when they know they are out of options is just run up the CC debt to the limit... they might even get a couple other CC to max out too because they declaring bankruptcy and don't care. The fear is that millions of people do this and just absolutely crash the banks, insurance and CC co's.
When its within a certain range the system can eat the losses but if millions of people do it there isn't a fix.
Also have to ask how Russia keeps shooting missiles and drones into Ukr when they have been running out since summer. They were shooting old stuff because they couldn't build new stuff. Then they were using Iranian drones because they were out. Now they're shooting brand new stuff and old stuff and it shows that they have completely run out.
It feels like the Porky's scene where the kid said he broke the bastard's hand on his face.
