One thing I dislike about the information age is the mass number of email I get daily. After my knee surgery I get at least 5 email (all with "noreply" return addresses) a week wanting me to complete surveys about the MD and his staff, the hospital, the food in the hospital and the anesthesiologists.
The anesthesiology one was interesting. They wanted me to rate his performance the day of surgery. I replied that I couldn't since I was asleep while he performed.
