They only have to be gone 10 days to do recess. If they wan to play hardball then get the ones passed you can and send them home for 2 weeks and do the damn thing.

As soon as a few are jailed, they will stop or be severely curtailed. They will not risk losing their lavish lifestyle and know they aren't built for prison life.

Bringing fair and balanced enforcement of the rule of law back to the DOJ will be the key to correcting most of the problems in DC.

I think that’s incorrect. He can force them to adjourn in certain situations (or call them to special session) but adjournment is looked at differently than a recess in law.
