Cook most everything in salted butter, beef tallow, and bacon grease.

Tallow is Wagyu Beef from South Chicago Packing.

Grease is BaconUp and it’s delicious

These are the only fats I cook with now. Cut all vegetable and seed oils out. Lost 50 pounds since Dec2023.

You ever had an issue with the tallow arriving bad? Saw a few amazon reviews saying it came in rancid and can't return it cause it's food.

Not yet. But I check upon delivery. It’s not as savory as the bacon grease, but it’s does its job.
