Watched all of that. Actually agree with him. We flew delta to Atlanta with our dog. On the return flight they tried to tell us she was too big to fly even though she fits in a carrier under my kids seats. The agent was very agitated as though trying to prove a point. I had to get a manager there to override the power hungry desk jockey agent. Can’t imagine someone trying to snatch the dog.
