I walked by Dag Hammerskjold Plaza near the UN this weekend. They have scaffolding and a fenced area under trees, not buildings. Never seen this anywhere in the city before. And a lot of cop cars. Very atypical. Maybe preparing for some protest arrests. Or something else.
