Unfortunately, federal judges have ruled that some of what Texas is doing is illegal. Texas did pass some new laws that made any illegal entry into Texas a state felony subject to prison. We got plenty of room and vacant buildings to house thousands. And anyone who deals in Fentanyl is subject to felony charges. Those charges are upped to a murder charge if someone dies.
