The first hurdle you face in crafting a filing to get your case heard and argued before the SCOTUS is not merely to get your listed on the SCOTUS docket.

That’s easy. Over 400+ cases make the SCOTUS docket every term. All you [h]ave to do is follow correct procedures and pay the required fees. 97% or so of the cases that get on the SCOTUS docket are turned away and denied a hearing.

Many of the cases that make it onto the docket are frivolous cases,such as this one, from Castro, who is basically asking the court to argue his case and then grant him relief that it is not within the court’s jurisdiction or power to give him.

The SCOTUS cannot ORDER 50 state controlled election systems and over 4,000 county election systems to not allow Donald J. Trump to appear as a U.S. Presidential candidate on their county election ballots.

Anybody who THINKS federal courts have the power to do that doesn’t understand how anything works.
