I've been inside 4 Dallas area private hospitals in the past several months for treatments and non-treatments. None of them require masks. All said they were voluntary.I was at the emergency room on Friday night (in Connecticut a hospital, a state university hospital) and there are still mask requirements. Well I do not wear masks and apparently the staff there was not too worried about my stance. The 4 hours I was in the building not one person, staff or otherwise said a word to me for not wearing the face covering for the ignorant. In fact, others there took theirs off when they saw me not wearing one. About half the staff were not wearing them as well. Including the nurse and doc my son saw for his x-rays.
The entire mask thing was done sans scientific evidence. Totally ridiculous.
Let’s Go Russia
Update received via email today from the Dallas VA Medical Center:
Veterans, families, and stakeholders:
Starting Monday, May 8, 2023, VA North Texas Health Care System will modify the masking requirement at all of its facilities. This update ensures the safety of Veterans while accommodating individual masking preferences and aligning with CDC guidelines.
Moving forward, masking for patients, visitors, and staff will be recommended but optional in non-patient care areas, but remain mandatory in all patient care areas where face-to-face direct patient care is present.
In addition, masking will still be required at all times for individuals with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 or other viral respiratory infections. Health care personnel are still required to wear a mask upon request of a Veteran patient, caregiver, or family member.
VA North Texas will continue to monitor any changes to CDC guidelines and update COVID-19 guidelines as necessary.

What the F is "face-to-face direct patient care"? Is it actually receiving patient care meaning having procedures done? Does it include speaking with the MDs, RNs, etc., about ones care but not undergoing a medical procedure like receiving an injection, having blood drawn or undergoing surgery?
It’s amazing to me that people still think Trump has a chance to win in 2024. They stole 2020. They stole 22’ from Lake. They’ll steal 24’ from Trump again.I really hope Desantis is nowhere near the white house. Just has the Pence feel to it. (at the time he chose Pence I did not have much of an idea how establishment he actually was) Pretty sure, like last election, Trump is ahead by a lot. He doesn't need the Desantis rinos honestly. That is if there are elections that are not fraud ridden. JMO.
Where is 10z bar of silver at. Where do you look up prices?Dont look now but gold is at or near a record high. Skol!
Will it stay at or above these levels though? That's the big question with the precious metals. It seems like it should with the devaluation of the dollar, but it just depends how it all plays outDont look now but gold is at or near a record high. Skol!
They aren't going to relinquish the Presidency, Senate and will take back the House. They are working overtime now to make their computer software theft untraceable as well as more sophisticated ballot harvesting. It’s amazing to me that people still think Trump has a chance to win in 2024. Bullshit. Quit with the "just 2 more years and we'll do something".... How hard is it to arrest people for blatantly breaking laws? I've been arrested twice. Went straight to jail and both times the cuffs were wayyy too tight. Just treat them like everyone else.
Yup. He needed Mastriano and Lake to win Gov to have any remote shot of beating the fraud. Once they lost, the path to the WH was lost…for any outsider. They aren't going to relinquish the Presidency, Senate and will take back the House. One of the major bug protein firms in Switzerland, Essento, has so far been able to get its products on the shelves of the two largest supermarket chains in the country. The company focusses on worm products, with their eggs being placed in boxes full of grain and some water, and within weeks they are harvested and brought to the consumer.
It's only their journalist tho. They should go ahead and erect a monument to the fall of journalism. It’s been dead for some time.
