I would think they wouldn't be that vulnerable unless NORAD purposely dropped our pants for them (which isn't beyond belief). Regardless, we've still got plenty on subs, you'd think those would be viable regardless of what cyber attacks we're vulnerable to.
I guess it could hurt them financially a bit, but what about all the people that were relying on that gas for the winter? Doesn't seem like a well thought out plan.
