I don’t know about eggs but I can attest that farmgate prices for standards such as corn, peanuts, cotton, & my crop (pecans) did not reflect the rise we all saw in the grocery stores. Hell they didn’t even come close to reflecting the rise in input costs.

I.e. went to Hillsdale College that told my wife and I after we had Covid two years ago that we now have the best antibodies there is and no way are we gonna get that vaccine or excuse me fake vaccine. My wife did contract Covid two weeks ago or at least that’s what her test said since she has the test because of her work protocol, pretty much was just like a sinus infection, did not go to the doctor or anything and the entire time I did not contract Covid at all. The only reason I tested is because we needed to know if I was gonna catch it or not with having friends and family coming over at a later time. I’m pretty sure the flu is much more dangerous than Covid at this time.

I've been giving cashiers odd amounts of money to pay my bills for years just to watch them try to figure out what change to give me. I almost always have to tell them what to give me back.

I have one client where I always have to write out the payment check because the young workers don't know how.

Me too, you know what was really good for adding subtracting, etc. was keeping score bowling back in the day when we were younger i.e. back in the day when you had to do all that by your skills in your head, and when I bowled back then I was way too young to drink beer but that probably would’ve helped.
