The lady goes on to talk about the CIA's manual on counterinsurgency and talks about the steps that are taken that build toward civil war. She paints it as a far-right issue, but what she is describing are Antifa, the Burn, Loot, Murder riots, and the militant feminist and pro-choice crowd's antics and tactics.
