Has anyone received a stimulus direct deposit or check? I know nobody who has. Several people said they were told by the IRS their check was being mailed on 1/6 but nothing has been received thus far.

I got a check and the wife has gotten her direct deposit.

Yes I specifically requested the check so I could say I got a check from the Don

Trump should declas the names and the amounts that Congress has paid out of the taxpayers pockets to settle all sexual harassment claims. I’ve been wanting that for years.
My fear is that now that his quote “term” is over there are folks in government that’ll simply not release any of this material. Just like we’ve heard that Gina Haspell wouldn’t cooperate with past requests for info. The DS will just run out the clock. Finger crossed it happens though.

I went down to the inlet here last night at dusk to see what this was about. First off, that tower has been there for a while ( 10 or so years) but what caught my attention from the video posted was that there appeared to be a cherry-picker with a radar on top of it. So wanted to see if that was temporary or if there was some action. I was on the north side of the inlet and it’s a few hundred yards away but I snapped a few photos (hopefully they post). FLL used to have a Navy presence back in WW2 era, but hasn’t since then. This tower was erected years ago and they look to be adding back to the base. Port Everglades is the largest petroleum port in FL with several large drums for all sorts of fuel storage. It’s also the deepest port south of VA. I scanned the horizon, could not see any Navy vessels but visibility from sea level is only 10 miles at best. I’ve been fishing many times out of here and we will run to the Bahamas and have seen Navy vessels 25-50 miles offshore, but that was years ago. So unless this tug - operator saw something else yesterday afternoon, I don’t think there is much to this.

Two things

1. I have zero boxes checked but I am still getting a lot of E-mails of different activities.

2. I did have an arrow up and an arrow down but now have only the up arrow.

If you go to your watched threads and turn off email notifications this should take of that. Just click managed watched threads and click the box to stop receiving email notifications. Actually helps me out too because the system lets me know every time it fails to send an email.
