Knowing Paul, it is most likely genuine intentions, however once it gets to the desk of someone who needs to take action on it, I am guessing it gets thrown away soon after it is delivered and then like everything else, ignored.

Is the DOJ corrupt? Even under Trump's administration, were they corrupt? Would they be less corrupt under the Biden administration?
