Is this a Lindsey Graham type letter or one that actually has a chance for some action to take place. Knowing Paul, it is most likely genuine intentions, however once it gets to the desk of someone who needs to take action on it, I am guessing it gets thrown away soon after it is delivered and then like everything else, ignored.
