Constantly a 4-5. My skin is numb and I have no feeling on the left side of my body from my ear to shoulder blade. Yet at the same time in the same area it burns like a bad rash and itches from nerve damage from Shingles. At times it also feels like I’m being electrically shocked. It’s called Post-herpetic neuralgia.
It effects 10% of those who have had shingles. They do not know what causes it, have no cure or treatment, and no idea how long it will last. It is not permanent but there is no way to predict how long it will last. Some cases are gone a few weeks after the virus clears up other last years. Last month was the 3 year anniversary of the 3 weeks of shingles I suffered clearing up.
Side effects are problems sleeping, weight loss, (I lost 40lbs, but am now slowing putting weight back on).
Hey I recall a month or two ago you'd posted something about your regularly consuming McDs.
Honestly man, I'd encourage you to consider completely avoiding McDs and any other fast-foods, processed-foods or the likes entirely.
All that stuff is highly toxic—especially when regularly consumed over prolonged periods because the toxicity builds up within the body, this applies to McDs salads & other supposedly health wise stuff too.
Wasn't til several years ago that I learned something surprising about US food standards vs basically every other nation's.
Example: I used to assume McDs products in the states would be the almost exactly same as McDs products here, yet this isn't the case.
Last I checked, apparently most of the stuff used in US Maccas products would generally be considered unfit for human consumption in NZ and likely many others countries too.
There's plenty of examples of big name brand's food-like products that're sold in the US and NZ which come in almost the exact same packaging as the same products, but if we compare the listed ingredients on US packaging vs those listed on NZ packaging in most cases we'll find the ingredients are quite different even though the products look, smell and taste pretty much the same.
If you don't want to quit McDs though, maybe at least consider avoiding other foods/drinks that contain refined sugars, sweeteners or other sugar substitutes.... because these are some of the most prolific and toxic substances added to food-like products. If I recall correctly, US products typically contain multiple times the quantities compared to anywhere else.
Ya know the trope about Americans being fat. It's implied as resulting from excess consumption and laziness. Yet I doubt Americans generally consume much more than any other humans do on average, but rather Americans unwittingly consume foods that are laced with greater amounts of toxic substances than elsewhere, inevitably resulting with Americans generally suffering all sorts of health issues much sooner and much worse.
Obviously you're free to do whatever you want. I'm just trying to offer encouragement.
