Keep in mind my 3 is your 10 or so. I. am a 4 right now. I can't lift my chin to shave or else I fucking collapsed. (I fell off the fucking couch) If I sleep tonight I'd imagine that crick in my neck and shoulder will pass. Not drinking every other day cuts in to sleeping. Quit for a couple weeks and then ya die.
