With the labor market being the way that it is, I would like to see some employees call employers bluff. Many industries can barely find enough people to work as it is, so if there is ever a time where you may have some power now is the time. If you have thought about switching jobs, now is the time. I work on a military base. Government was first to require masks last time. Back in masks now. I’m sure vaccines will be mandatory probably by September.
