Most of them are. What is bad is when they clearly do not have a case and try to ruin someone to make a case against them and try to make name for themselves, when they should just do the right thing.

We need major reform in our court systems, and one big part of it needs to be some liability for these prosecutors who knowingly try to put innocent people in prison. This guy, and so many others like the one who went after the cop who shot the "hands up, don't shoot" asshole, should face prison time and lose their license to practice law.

The prosecutor was trying a line of questions that the judge had previoulsy ruled could not be used. The defense objected and the judge said if the prosecutor does it again he will declare a mistrial.

This is a good example of prosecutors lying about what bullets are designed for, to try to make the defendant look malicious.
Usually you'd think they'd try to say hollow points are designed to do more damage, so maybe you look like you are trying to go out there and inflict as much harm on others as you can. This time, Kyle actually said he thought hollow points caused more damage. Prosecutor said that full metal jacket, like Kyle had, was designed to go through its target and hit as many people as possible.

Yes, I thought the judge was about to admonish him again for a shitty line of questioning, but maybe he just abruptly stopped because it was lunch time?
