Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

4mg is an uncommon serving size. How small are the gummies? Unless they are tiny gummies like mint sized (meant to be microdosed), I’d assume they are 10mgs.

I ate a 10mg week or so ago. Didn't feel shit and I haven't smoked in 20+ years. I took it on a full stomach, I assume that makes a difference?

I always eat them on an empty stomach. Then 45-60 minutes in I’ll eat lunch/dinner or something with fat in it (peanut butter). That really gets them to kick in.
Eat a spoonful of peanut butter to blast off in 20.

I’d start with one and wait 120 minutes before eating more. I got a pack of gummies a few weeks ago that took two full hours to kick all the way in. Depends on how you want to feel though. Eating 10mg at once is no big deal unless you have never smoked and think you might freak out.
