they'll get unbanned.. but why would they would they go back? Twitter is just a cesspool full of Chinese bots controlling influence. Its time to move on IMO

Elon is going to use Twitter to mass advertise TESLA to normies that's all.. its just business

That would be about a 100x improvement over what is there now.

If he gets rid of the bots, twitter could be tolerable.

I really hope he does but he'd have to take on the 1000s of warehouses in China whos sole reason on this planet is to alter analytics thru social media to dominate the west.. and its working

Twitter is an abomination.. and I wish Elon the best if that's his intention

Elon has always been about dismantling the fiat-based system. From x.com to Tesla, to neural link, it’s about funding the weak points in the system and exploring them.

For instance, how many people just learned you only need 3+% to demand a board seat if a publicly traded company? Now go see who owns that same percentage of most publicly traded companies and do the computation..

No he bought and now owns 9.2% of the company. There is a 10% threshold that once you cross requires additional rules and reporting. The message was clear from Musk imo, you put me on the board and follow through with some of my suggestion or I will purchase a controlling 50% stake in your company and you won’t have a say in anything at all.

You miss the point.

You don’t need 50+% to control a company.

You simply need to be the one person with the most skin in the game

Now Elon can do a hostile takeover

Was thinking exact same thing.. I’m waking up to go buy some twtr, it’s down 8% but it’s obvious he will buy remaining shares needed to obtain controlling interest.

Here is what I think happened .... Titter CEO Parag Arwal contacted Musk regarding some of the tweets that he was sending out. Some of those tweets were critical of twitter and a little off the wall. I think Arwal tried to reign in Musk by suggesting that all board members need to adhere to some form of code of conduct and that Musk shouldn't be tweeting that kind of stuff.

At that point I think Elon told Arwal to fuck his board seat that would handcuff him from accumulating more than a %10 stake in the company for another 2 years.

Its obvious to me that Musk doesn't like the curtailing of Free Speech and he doesn't respect the twitter ethos if you will (lazy, entitled, woke).

So what will he do, sell the 10% stake he bought OR buy enough shares to have a controlling interest in the company? My money is that he purchases a controlling share and the stock skyrockets when it is announced.

He'll exit, drive the stock price lower, and then either let it rot and die or then make a move to buy it and merge it in with another platform.

I think he buys somewhere between 50-100% of the company and he makes the changes that he wants.

Dont forget he is sitting on a shit ton of cash after cashing in his TSLA options at $1200 a share in 4Q 2021. He can probably do this fairly easily.

He seems to genuinely like tweeting and connecting with people through the app. I don't see him walking away or switching to another platform. Where would he go?

Because I’m not a racist. Only racists claim to not see colour so that they can convince themselves they’re bigotry is acceptable.

Dumbest thing I’ll see all day.

Projectionists say the craziest stuff sometimes. Their heads are full
Of dumb

21st century racism comes from
Leftism and is disguised as categorization. “Oh you’re not smart enough because your …[enter category here]… the govt is here to help because you can’t do it yourself. Trust us”

I'd like to see him buy 51% of the shares and make major changes. Anti-censorship policies would be all I care about but another thing would be to stop using AWS cloud for running Twitter. If only there was another company that owned a ton of servers that was not all about cancel culture.
