This will all come down to the expert witnesses. This group that state had trotted out thus far aren't adding anything to the case the videos don't already show. Wait for the Toxicologists and Pathologists, that is when it will get important. Mr. MMA talking about "blood chokes" doesn't carry much credentialing.
Oh... they're doing spectacularly well for the defense.

Gee...I wonder why his best buddie/dealer said no talky...

Which has been weird so far. I understand playing to the feels, but why prosecute a case based purely on feels?
The whole thing has been a hopped up bullshit narrative for all the feels since the beginning. It's kinda a thing.... and the act is old and tired.

But here we are since it has long been decided to let these lying lunatics have their way and nobody with 2 working brain cells, 2 ovaries or 2 balls would tell them to sit their pansy ass down and stfu with this crap.

And this case specifically? Because Keith Ellison IS Antifa *as is his son who sits on the city council* and he wants to continue to incite destruction and chaos. Wanna guess who has always supported Ellison and who Ellison supports?

What little I've seen makes chauvin look less guilty of even manslaughter than what I thought. They really need to hope they work in some kind of 'obligation to save' or something.
Apparently, George Floyd was still alive when he got to the hospital.

Little late to start adding charges.

Ellison overcharged for a reason... and it wasn't too secure a conviction.

Have you asked yourself why these prosecution witnesses thus far are better for the defense?

I haven’t been following the case closely, and until I saw the ante mortem post above I didn’t realize he was still alive at the hospital. One would think if someone was choked out for 9 minutes as the narrative on the video has been, your flatlined there.

on prosecutors, a couple factors on charging. They’re probably installed by Soros, and also looked at what happened in Georgia to the prosecutors who didn’t want to prosecute the retired cop and son for killing the black jogger a few months prior to this incident. Also wanted to appease the rioters.

More reason to never believe a god damn word coming out of the press. It’s like that cop they said was killed by the mob during the “insurrection” when he happened to be texting friends hours after the event from his office.

Pound the facts or pound the law. And if you can't pound either of them, then pound the table.

Emotions are all they have. That's why his co-addict GF he called Momma was called. They tried to argue that because he didn't OD in March that he couldn't OD in May. The story of how theyet was so fvcked up I actually feel sorry for them.

It's not going to matter because people are dug in and opinions have already been formed, but in my opinion it is possible, and maybe even likely, that floyd ate/consumed the drugs, pills or whatever, when the police arrived. That would explain the really high fentanyl level in his blood at the time of his death. It is very unlikely someone who had that level would be walking around in the store prior to his interaction with police.

A couple of interesting things to me is that fentanyl is not manufactured or distributed by pharmaceutical companies in a pill form. Typically iv for hospitals or patches for chronic pain. His girlfriend stated they had been buying pills. Also, 4-anpp was in the tox report which is a marker for illicitly synthesized fentanyl (it is seen as a precursor typically). Counterfeit pills are a big problem currently, where fentanyl is being pressed into pill form and sold as hydrocodone or whatever. Stay safe out there.

The meth levels are low and over interpreted in this case. No opinion on causation of death, officer or Floyd, but it will be an interesting outcome. Could go either way.

Still think Chauvin did something wrong? JC.

Alot of us were fooled on this one. When the initial video was shown, I didn't see how it was possible for the cop to not be in the wrong. Turns out I was the one who was wrong.

I finally learned no matter what it looks like on video, you have to wait for the facts to come out. George Floyd's death is 100% his own fault. 100%.

I sincerely believe the drug dealer that just changed his mind and pleaded the 5th after Momma testified is the most culpable for SELLING HIM THE DRUGS THAT THEY FOUND HALF EATEN IN THE COP CAR.

Unless dude drugged him I just don't follow this TBH.

Some culpability sure but dude who deserves the most responsibility is the guy who made the choice to take that shit then resist arrest after.

I do. If you followed what their Chief said and the questioning regarding why they didn't roll him to his side, that's gonna be the sticking point.

I never thought he needed murder or manslaughter or any of that. He needed jail time for how he handled it.

I'm with you guys in that anyone that takes heroin or fetty is signing their own death sentence. The problem is cops are instructed to roll them over to prevent the breathing issues that come from an overdose. I don't agree with it and I literally hate doing all this extra shit to make an arrest. Its the rules we play by and we know them.

Are you saying you think he needs jail time, just because he didn't turn the dude on his side? Seems like that would not have changed the outcome a bit, even if it was what he was supposed to do.

I am. I posted on the first couple of pages why I felt that way.

Honestly, this is all theater. They're going to find him guilty of SOMETHING, just hoping it will quell the rioters. I know it won't, and most of you do as well, but it is what it is.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

That’s going to be the issue. Why should an innocent man be charged with something to make sure the riots don’t happen?

That’s a corruption of the system.

Some people out there think the defense is doing such a good job that before the defense calls their witnesses, they are going to ask for a directed verdict from the judge. Any thoughts on if that's possible?

If he thought he was buying meth but it was mostly fentanyl... That is closer to negligent homicide than what Chauvin did... and I originally thought he'd get some kind of negligent homicide.

I've only watched a few clips a day so I might be missing a whole lot but damn he looks really innocent if this is the case for conviction.

If not murder or manslaughter what charge would you be thinking is appropriate for the "jail time".

Every witness for the prosecution has testified under oath that use of force is not pretty (that line is literally in the use of force manuals and they train on how to handle how use of force looks) and that also use of force was justified during the encounter.

Can you say that Chauvin is responsible Floyds' death beyond a reasonable doubt? No. Thank God for the innocent before proven guilty part you got going.

It will be a miscarriage of justice if his drug dealer isn't held responsible.
