A small handful of new FBI executive positions might be retained with new people in place picked by Patel and Bongino. But the Special Agent work force is going to shrink significantly as I think there could have been no stronger message sent to that work force that their jobs are not going to be what they have been for the past 10 years. Either get on board with the changes or get out. You are about to see play out -- in a very compressed time frame -- the real world version of "You got to break some eggs to make an omlett."
