What an out of touch douchebag. I didnāt get to meet with the VP of operations when United stranded me in Houston overnight because their gate agent wanted to leave early for the 4th of July weekend. I got no response to my complaint so I changed to delta.
(I was on time from a connection and called United to complain they closed the gate early on July 2. The duration of my call I was standing at the gate, looking at the pilots get the plane ready to go. Gate agent just closed the door early and left.
Probably angling for the Fed position. This has more power than the president.
