What an out of touch douchebag. I didn’t get to meet with the VP of operations when United stranded me in Houston overnight because their gate agent wanted to leave early for the 4th of July weekend. I got no response to my complaint so I changed to delta.

(I was on time from a connection and called United to complain they closed the gate early on July 2. The duration of my call I was standing at the gate, looking at the pilots get the plane ready to go. Gate agent just closed the door early and left.
