I have become a big fan of this dude and his cold shower/breathing to strengthen your immune system. I hardly get colds anymore and if I do they are all the '24 hour' kind, whatever that is. I do the breathing exercise at least once a day sometimes 2 or 3. I take my regular shower then dial back the heat getting colder and colder till it is all I can stand and then relax in the cold shower for 1 minute. I swear by it. After the breathing I find it a great time to meditate and pray. Thinking holistic and old herbal remedies will be making a huge comeback. haha SKOL!
