Unless he thought that man was a danger to others we couldn’t see in the video, I agree. Seemed like getting out of the car and wandering around was not ideal. Rittenhouse trial. Those guys knew he was innocent and were willing to lie, hide evidence and falsify evidence to get a conviction. The more I see of prosecutors the less I trust that they just want to do justice. I would have guessed 1 in 100 were wrongly convicted on death row before that but I wouldn't doubt if it's not over a dozen.
Ford pardoned Nixon before he was ever charged or indicted. It's a gray area, but the Supreme Court has never determined if it's Constitutional.
