Part of the reason why it's unlikely the case against Trump in NYC will be dismissed is those who brought these cases will be sued into oblivion by Trump. Likely why the other suits will not either. Of course, if Trump gets acquitted, it's likely he will sue those as well. Malicious prosecution.
