Why indict Menendez now?

To give the appearance that the DOJ does 'not' have a two-tiered justice system.

"See, we're not just going after Trump..."

Nobody is buying it.

They've known about Menendez for decades and are just now calling in a chit for services rendered.

"Services" = turn a blind eye to ALL the corruption in DC and it's ALL corrupt.

The investigation of Menendez had to have started 2 years ago IMO since the raid was done 18 months ago.
Having found enough evidence to get a warrant for the raid and then finding all the stuff from the raid those fuckers still let him stay on as the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee a very very powerful committee until today.

The administration announced this week it would further expand deportations to include more families -- a signal that children cannot be used to side-step the immigration process. It also dedicated a surge of 800 active duty Department of Defense personnel to support CBP.

Yep, he's another sacrificial lamb just like Al Frankin in the "me too" shit. They're getting crushed in the public arena with this obvious bias. They're trying to reclaim some high ground.

This guy has always been corrupt AF even the Dems agree but there is something off about this action by Biden's DOJ.

He most likely is guilty but he just went against Biden's hostage exchange with Iran which has Obama's fingerprints all over it.

The FBI raid on him happened 18 months ago so they have been sitting on it. Now and only now they decided to take him down after his comments and now the corrupt DOJ can also say see we go after Dems also.

In reality, what he did that they are calling crimes is a mirror image of what Hunter and Joe have been doing for years but on a much grander scale.

Why is the Southern District of NY Prosecutor handling this instead of the one in New Jersey?

Notice how many Democrats have come out calling for him to resign.

It just feels different in a suspicious way.
Absolutely punishment for this scumbag, his speaking out and the fact the DOJ can now say see, we are going after Dems as well. A patsy/scapegoat, though an overly deserving one

If Ravkin believes that, he should support a shutdown.
