If you look at all the different places to watch stuff it looks like 80+million watched Tucker. Probably 20 mill watched the debate. Did people watch all of the interview? IDK... but did they watch all of the debate? You don't know.

13 million was the average rating for the debate. What you're asserting is not how ratings are calculated. It's not that 13 million tuned in and then maybe half of them turned it off. 13 million is the average throughout the entire 90 minutes, or however long it is. The average rating for debates in 2015-16, with Trump, was 15 million. Once again, that puts in perspective how absurd the claim of even tens of millions is.

It was live unscripted event with an audience, always a more popular format, Tucker was pre-recorded. That's the sort of ballpark you're talking about for Trump interviews.
