Does Missouri really not have a law that all people participating in a felony get charged with murder if somebody dies during commission of the felony? I was in Georgia last week and I’m 99% sure I heard in the news that a guy was charged with murder for the death of his cousin who was shot and killed by police while they were commuting a felony.
This happened in Indiana. Car was stolen from Missouri.
But yeah you would think the passenger would be charged with more even if it doesn’t stick.
Btw Georgia doesn’t fuck around, unless lately it’s black on black crime.

I would think all states have laws like you mentioned, I’m surprised they didn’t overcharge the passenger since it was a state trooper.
Btw I’m Georgia it depends on the victim and also perp, and location on the charges. Fulton county has had issues in the past where murderers sat in jail over a year without trial and the judge turned them loose and can’t be tried.

I used to watch some of his stuff on food shortages and mineral scarcity... and he was good on that. His takes on this war are baffling though. He thinks Russia bombed the dam because they were about to be overrun in the south and that an army is about to cut a path to Mariupol. I don't know where he's getting his news but its worse than even the Graham types.
His interview with Peterson turned me off of him..was way off

This right here. I'm not a Trump hater, and I'm gonna vote for the guy if and when he wins the GOP nomination.

He still needs some criticism for hiring Wray, Barr, and his support for McCarthy. There were so many blunders it's hard to keep track. So many fucked up things this country is dealing with.

Where do we go from here?
I've made some dumbass decisions in my years on this planet but I've never made the same mistake twice.

California's electrical infrastructure is built on cooling down at night. Now that everyone is charging their electric vehicles at night the system never really gets to cool down and is always operating in the red. As these vehicles are becoming more popular, and all the transit fleets, and company fleets move in this direction. There will be more and more black outs and system outages.
