Just musing on the Ukraine "war" thing:

We see a lot of the cheerleaders gleefully pointing out that Russia has now become a "vassal state" of China as a sign of some geopolitical victory.

While it's absolutely true that Russia has been more or less pushed out of the West via sanctions and the destruction of their pipeline have these numbskulls stopped to think for a moment the ramifications of this and who this actually benefits long term?

Through these actions China now has direct access with little competition to a neighboring land mass full of O&G, gold/silver, rare earth minerals, & underdeveloped rich farmlands. They are rapidly opening new physical bridges, rail lines, pipelines, and previously idle ports. The belt & road program suddenly became much easier geographically & competition wise.

Meanwhile the EU is suffering in an energy crisis as they've been mostly cut off from a cheap and steady supply of energy/resources while at the same time their climate action buffoonery doubles down to make matters even worse while we prop the whole damned thing up with a never ending printing press.

Has anyone stopped to look at this big picture and the long term? Have they considered that these consequences were part of a plan put in action by another needless slaughter?

I don't know

Many here think Putin is some sort of hero, or maybe anti-hero. They somehow think he and Trump will team up and stop the globalists, put an end to child-trafficking, etc, ignoring that he's a vicious autocratic tyrant.

I know a lot of high up bankers and at regular deposit banks very very few make that money

Lots of those who work in hedge fund financing and those banks that do stuff like FRB and SVB paid themselves lavishly. Remember, the average salary of everyone at SVB was over 250K. All 8000 employees. Check out the hospital outfits. They made windfall too during Wuhan Charlie. And don't forget to look at the obscene salaries paid to gov't workers especially school superintendents.

Are they going to be able to get rid of him due to his drinking problems?
There have been calls for him to resign which he has refused. He refuses to even speak about the incident. This is the last week of the legislative session and now the Speaker is leading an investigation into the AG's alleged misdeeds. The Texas AG is about the only one fighting against the Feds.

"Similarly, with only a week left in the session, Rep. Brian Harrison (R-Midlothian) lamented on Twitter that the Republican-controlled House had not “Passed education freedom,” “Passed real border security,” “Banned COVID mandates,” “Refocused energy market on reliable sources, “Banned taxpayer funded lobbying,” “Banned DEI in college,” “Limited executive powers,” or “Eliminated property taxes.”"

I’m missing the hand with the gun. Where is it?

I can't see an agent with a gun but not buying that the shot which blew apart his skull came from Oswald. Usually when something is shot from behind the force moves it forward not to the rear like JFK's head. There were plenty of people, some in 1963 were most likely hunters, who heard shots from the grassy knoll behind them which was conveniently discounted early on.

That’s always been my issue
